Executive Summary
Here's a summary of the Forgotten Runiverse discussion:
Forgotten Runiverse is a blockchain MMORPG launching its global early access this month, offering play-to-earn mechanics centered around earning an in-game resource called Quanta, which can then be swapped for the XP token (the game's governance token). A key aspect of the game is land ownership, which provides significant advantages for earning Quanta and generating passive income, making it a major potential GameFi opportunity, especially with an expected airdrop.
Here are the key details and insights about Forgotten Runiverse:
- It's a GameFi project with a major airdrop potential launching Global Early Access this month.
- The game is considered well-funded with a huge community and a big franchise backing it, which suggests significant money could be made.
- A core part of the gameplay involves earning Quanta in-game, which is the resource players will swap for the XP token.
- Land plots are highlighted as extremely important for earning Quanta and progressing in the game.
- Owning a land NFT provides a source for generating Quanta, which can be swapped to XP.
- It's possible to use a friend's land if you don't own one yourself.
- Land plots are currently available for purchase on the marketplace, with the cheapest starting around 91 Ronin tokens (roughly $71 USD), which is considered pretty cheap.
- There's also a small chance to get a land plot for free by spending mana in the Font of Memory in-game, though the probability is quite low.
- The quality of land matters, separated into four tiers affecting resource abundance based on rarity and size.
- Land size is important; the cheapest are 8x8 tiles, which is the smallest, but larger lands allow for more buildings and unlock new features, which is exciting.
- Location is also crucial for land value and utility, especially if it's near places like settlements or dungeons, as these locations are expected to be popular.
- Owning land allows for building construction, upkeep, decor, and upgrades, involving a lot of management.
- The concept of land ownership leading to Quanta generation via buildings is seen as digital real estate, offering potential passive income, similar to paying rent in games like Pixels.
- Forgotten Runiverse's approach to passive income from land is compared to Pixels, where farming on someone's land benefits both the user and the landowner.
- The game's map is expected to be a set, interactive world with different regions and lands containing over 50 resources, looking somewhat like Adventure Quest World.
- Character progression is considered super important for increasing the chances of a GameFi airdrop.
- Crafting unique and rare recipes and items shows engagement and helps with airdrop potential, as seen in Pixels.
- Obtaining rare items requires spending a lot of time playing the game due to low drop probabilities.
- A four to five-figure airdrop is expected from Forgotten Runiverse, particularly for those who maximize their gameplay time.
- Not all of the 70,000 planned land plot NFTs are currently revealed or on the market.
- A small percentage of unique owners (around 10%) suggests some individuals might be accumulating multiple land plots, potentially monopolizing the digital real estate.
- Land NFTs have rarities like mint, fixed, vestige, and corrupted statuses, affecting attributes like boons and perks.
- Building glyphs are another feature that grants temporary benefits (buffs) to land buildings, potentially like speed-up or farming boosts.
- The game has already generated significant revenue ($110 million across the franchise and $700,000 from beta/alpha gameplay alone), showing a competitive edge against Web2 games and promising metrics for the project's health.
- There's hope for a generous airdrop allocation, maybe around 15% to 20% of the token supply.
- The game's economy for free-to-play users starts with earning mana by completing quests and defeating monsters.
- Mana can be spent in various ways, including at the Font of Memory, infusing items for better quality, item production, upgrading buildings, and potentially swapping for Quanta directly.
- Quanta can be swapped not only for the XP token but also for partner tokens, which is seen as a strategy to make the economy more sustainable by integrating other projects and creating more demand for tokens within the ecosystem.
- Having consistent buyers and sellers in the market is key to a healthy in-game economy.
- The game's launch and potential success are seen as highly positive for the GameFi narrative, especially in a bull market.
- While not explicitly stated as mobile-friendly, most Web3 games are typically desktop-compatible.
To maximize chances for the potential airdrop and capitalize on the GameFi opportunity, actively playing the game, especially focusing on resource gathering, crafting rare items, and leveraging land ownership (either your own or a friend's), is considered the recommended strategy. Keep an eye out for the Global Early Access launch this month.

Welcome to AlphaDrop. My name is Ron. Martin here. And today we have GameFi related airdrops that you have to be paying attention to right now because they're launching this month. They're very well funded. They have a huge community, big franchise, huge, lots of money to be made. All right. Now, before we get into those projects, in case you didn't tune into our stream yesterday, we have finally launched our airdrop research dashboard, a.k.a. airdrop app. OK, so lots of updates already since yesterday, and I'm really glad that you guys have been liking it. You can check it out for sure. The Twitter monitor has been working very well. We already got the AI agent to actually target specific keywords from the monitored projects, from monitored users. So whenever they mention something, anything that is even remotely related to an airdrop, OK, it will pop up here. That way, information flow for you is so much smoother, so much clearer. If you want to get straight into airdrop research, check out our Twitter monitor here on airdroplet.com. Yep. And yesterday, you guys asked for a dark mode and it's here. Yes, sir. Just like that. The most important feature, we got it now. Yep. There we go. Yeah. And it's that time of the week, guys. Yes, sir. It's that time of the week. Let's do another giveaway in celebration for this app that we just launched. All you have to do to qualify for the giveaway is put in your email address and become a member. Yes. But all you have to do is put in your email and that's it. No strings attached. Just keep a lookout on our official Twitter post and engage with that. But all you have to do for now, if you want to qualify for the giveaway, is enter in your email address. Yes, sir. It's all completely free. OK. If there's going to be a monetization aspect, we will let you know in the next live stream. But everything is free right now. It's still in beta, but it's working really, really well. The Twitter monitor, especially, man, it's been a game changer. And also let us know if there are any more projects you want us to add here so that if they mention anything that is airdrop, they'll pick up here on this dashboard. Monitor users as well. These are all of the Twitter people that I closely follow for my personal airdrop research. OK. All right. Now let's dive into the GameFi airdrops that are launching this month. Let's go. Yes, sir. Forgotten Runiverse, the global early access. OK. They are launching this month. OK. Right here. Coming this month. And this is the big one because this includes play to earn mechanics where you can earn quanta in game. And the quanta can be swapped to the XP token, which is their governance token. All right. So really, really big. And the most important thing here, the most important update here, which we didn't cover in the last stream, is the use of the land plots. OK. So I know some of you guys have actually won the land plot from spending mana in the game when we play the beta back in August. Man, lucky you guys. All right. You get to have it for free. And this will be a core part of the gameplay for earning quanta. All right. The lands in Runiverse game will be the source to earn quanta, which can be swapped to XP. They're key for all players to progress in the game. You can own one or you can even use a friend's land. All right. So any of you guys, if you have a land NFT, drop in the comment down below. Let us know so that we know where to set up shop. The Alpha Drop Army is huge. We need a base of operation to work from so that we can farm. All right. So looking really, really good. And don't worry, because even if you're not going to buy one, which is actually pretty cheap, we got a couple. The floor is at 91 Ronin tokens, which is actually roughly $71. But these are the cheapest lands that you can get to own. All right. But also in the game, once the global early access goes live, you'll be able to still use the font of memory. This is where you spend your mana. And if you're very lucky, then yes, you can get one for free. But the chance, the probability is quite low, quite low. But it's okay. All right. So if you are feeling the FOMO, you want to get a land, you can buy one here on the marketplace. $71 floor. Or you don't even need to get one. You can try your luck at the font of memory. Right. But the most important thing here is what type of land that you're going to be getting. Right. Because same with sandbox, same with the central land, the location of where your land is, is very, very important. If it's near a city, near a dungeon, you want many people to be using those lands. So the quality of the land is separated into four tiers. There's going to be resource abundance depending on the rarity of your land. And then the size too. So the cheapest one here are 8x8. All right. It's 8x8. Let's see. Loading in. Let me see. Let me see. 8x8. Yeah. 8x8 tiles in size. So this is the smallest that you can get, but you can just do basic things here. But if you are located near, I think preferably settlements and those dungeons, so-and-so dungeons, it's going to be pretty hot. So here in the type, you'll be able to see what kind of land NFT you got. Okay? So size matters. Bigger lands allow more buildings and unlock new ones. This is exciting. And this is very similar to Pixel. Just to remind you guys, if you're looking at the floor of a Pixel's farmland, this is 1,110 Ronin token for the floor. That is still $871 considering everything in the altcoin market is down. And that's actually pretty impressive considering how they only have two sales today, but they're still maintaining this floor price. If you don't remember, Pixels actually had five to six figure airdrop. We covered this in the Box Mining Plus, the old channel back in April. And we played with it a bit. Yes, the farming mechanism is in play. You can actually use someone's land to farm resources. And it's actually passive income for you because, you know, it's like paying rent, right? So that's going to be the same thing as well for Forgotten Runeiverse. And we had a taste of that in the beta gameplay as well. There was a map where if you go in, you'll see the lands and then you get to farm the resources there. So I'm assuming it's going to be a similar type of gameplay. And if you own one of these lands, you can really capture a lot of value from the global early access. So here's a question. Does getting a land pay you? Potentially, because you're going to be generating quanta via buildings. Oh, that's digital real estate. Digital real estate. It's free real estate. Not really free, but you know what I mean? And then anything to look out for. So this is a preview of what the maps are going to look like. So it's actually completely different from the beta gameplay where we played. So it looks like they have a set map that we can interact with looking actually like Adventure Quest World. Oh, yeah, true. Right? So regions and their lands with 50 plus resources. Now, I remember when we were playing in the beta, there were tons of resources we needed to craft recipes and then craft items. I think the goal here, as always, is character progression is super important if there's going to be a GameFi airdrop. For Pixels, those who crafted unique and rare recipes and items, help them with the airdrop. Because it shows you're playing with the game. The probability of getting those recipes, those really rare, unique items are very low. And that means you need to spend a lot of time playing that game if you really want to be getting a potential five to six figure airdrop. So I'm expecting at least four to five figure from Forgotten Rune Reverse. Only if you're maximizing your time for playing this one. Exactly. Yes. So lands are very important. Now, did they mention anything about mobile friendly? About this game being mobile friendly? Interesting. So I don't think they said that in the post. But I think, as always, with most of these Web3 games, it's mostly compatible with desktop. So you can play with Mac. That's for sure. So anything here to look out for. So not all 70,000 land plots are revealed. So I'm assuming 70,000 land plots NFTs in supply. And let's look at the total owners. Only 1,630 and 15,000 out yet. So that means a major portion of their land NFT supply is still not yet out. So that's going to be very competitive once the supply gets unlocked. 10% unique owners. Oh, damn, that means someone is monopolizing this real estate market. I wonder who it is. And then anything else to look out for. Quanta is generated. So they have mint fixed vestige, corrupted status. You can see these in the rarities of your land NFT. Boons, perks. There are other features called building glyphs. Directly affect land buildings, granting temporary benefits. So I'm assuming these are like buffs for your land. So potential speed up boosts, maybe. Farming boosts. So if you play Rise of Kingdoms, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Then you can level up buildings as well. Yeah. Exact same gameplay as Rise of Kingdoms. Owning a land involves construction, upkeep, decor, and upgrades. Okay, yeah. So it's going to be a lot of management playing this game once the global early access goes live. So the link for this thread is down in the description below. You can check this out. Use this as a frame of reference for your strategy approaching Forgotten Runiverse if you're going to be playing the game. Okay? So if you're a airdrop farmer that specializes in game fi, you cannot miss out on Forgotten Runiverse. Forgotten Runiverse has generated more than I think $110 million in sales in the whole entire franchise. It's crazy. It's insane, right? Their franchise is made up of many, many different communities and brands and NFT projects. And in the beta and alpha gameplay alone where we participated together in summer as well as towards the end of the year last year, generated $700,000 in revenue. $700,000. Eh! Where did it go? Yeah, here. $700,000 in revenue. That's insane if you think about it. It's very competitive to Web 2 games. Yeah. Which goes to show you there are people out there that spend money in this game. So very, very promising metrics. And hopefully they'll be very generous with their airdrop aloe. Hopefully maybe something like a 15% to 20% supply given towards us, right? That'd be nice. Okay. Anything to look out for Forgotten Runiverse? Yes. So the latest update from them is the infographic of how their economy will work. So the free to play is always earning the mana. So you complete quests, you defeat monsters to earn those mana. And from there on, you have many different options to spend that mana, right? You can spend it at the Font of Memory. You can infuse for better quality of the items that you're going to be crafting, right? Yeah. Spend it at Font of Memory here. Item production. Upgrade buildings. Swap for Quanta. Ooh. Direct swap. Maybe. Yeah. Maybe. We'll see. Which the Quanta will... Ooh! Look at that. It's not just XP token, but also partner tokens. This is mentioned in this article right here, right? This is how they're going to try to make their economy sustainable is by, hey, it's not just our token here we're talking about. We're also going to have other projects token included in our entire ecosystem. That way there's more options and many different ways for players wanting to acquire those tokens just to spend in marketplace, so on, so on. As long as you have consistent buyers and sellers in the market every single day, at least having a healthy amount of volume going on every day, that's when you know, right? That market is alive and well, okay? And when GameFi as a narrative starts taking off, ooh, bull. Yeah. Bull market, dude, right? All right, so that's for Forgotten Runiverse. Keep an eye out. It's this month. They didn't say what date, but it's this month. All right. You guys know what to do. Smash up the like button. Subscribe to the channel. My name is Ron. Martin. Sean. Peace. Bam, bam, bam, bam, bam.
